makes a class 1B recommendation for Clopidogrel post stent or unstented

channel blocker
2.Anti-platelet treatment (Aspirin for life and Ticlid or Clopidogrel for 6-8
weeks)
3.LMW heparin s.c. for 2-4 weeks if suboptimal results or the evidence of thrombus
4.beta-blocker if non-complete revascularisation has been performed
5.ACE inibitor for patients with LVEF<40%
