And at the top of the list of recommendations is the inclusion of a patient representative.<\/p>\n<p>You can read all about this in our new patient blog, &#8220;<a title=\"The Activated Patient Blog\" href=\"http:\/\/angioplasty.org\/patients\/2012\/12\/12\/patient-representatives-voting-on-practice-guidelines-a-small-step-for-a-patient-a-giant-step-for-patientkind-106\" target=\"_blank\">The Activated Patient<\/a>,&#8221; including comments from Drs. Deepak L. Bhatt and Ralph G.
