Parma Community Hospital Enhances Patient Care,
Optimizes Workflow and Expands Clinical Capabilities with Toshiba's New Infinix-i Series TUSTIN, Calif., March 30, 2006 – Further empowering cardiologists by delivering cutting-edge diagnostic imaging technologies, Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. (TAMS) today announced that Parma Community General Hospital in Parma, Ohio, has completed installation of the Infinix™ CC-i FPD (flat panel detector), Toshiba’s single plane, ceiling-mounted vascular and cardiac imaging system. Parma is the latest healthcare institution to take advantage of the flexibility, superior image quality and reliability that the Infinix CC-i FPD delivers and has purchased three systems. “The Infinix CC-i FPD was designed specifically for the type of advanced cardiac imaging procedures we are conducting at our facility.
