How can I have none of the typical reasons for angina (such as high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, history in the family, sedentary life style, stress, etc.) and still have 100% blockage in my main artery?

• How can I have none of the typical reasons for angina (such as high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, history in the family, sedentary life style, stress, etc.) and still have 100% blockage in my main artery? Is it possible that drs. still do not really understand heart disease, or know what causes it, since their cures don't seem to work. I hate to deny myself many things on a presumption or a false conclusion.Is it possible they have no idea what really causes blockage?
