• 26 yo 25 stone down 3 stone. 6ft Male. Yea I know I am Obese and need to lose weight urgently for my health and IF I do not have a heart condition now I will have soon.

Fluoxetine 10mg started in January as they thought i had anexity and stress. Which I didnt.

Lanzoprazole Ramiprill For past year and half I been having palpations where it feels like my heart stops for a second then starts beatng again and somtimes I get a strong thud in chest. It would happend 1 to 2 times a day. It's been getting worse to where now past month I get loads of these a day mainly when I'm walking or doing somthing which cause my heart rate to go up such as masturbation as that always triggers it of. But it also happens when I'm doing nothing and resting. I have also been sweating very easily recently when I'm out and about my forehead and face which is not normal for me.For past 2 weeks I have had on and off severe pain in upper left breast going in near armpit agony. In fact I went to A and E had ECG and chest x ray and bloods and was all normal.I had 24 hours ect done 2 months ago which at the time I did not have many eposides but never less it came back normal. Sometimes cough can trigger it.
