• Deepak, whether or not your situation requires any intervention (surgery or catheter-based) is something only your cardiologist can advise. In April of this year the US FDA approved the STARflex device to close these defects without major open heart surgery. The device also has CE Mark in Europe.

• hello, i am 35 yrs old diagnosed with 5mm hole in left to right shunt (vsd), having it from the birth, no complications till now, kindly advise in details.does it increases with the age or any factor or the size remains the same lifetime.
