October 2, 2015 -- Dublin -- Medtronic plc (NYSE: MDT) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Twelve, Inc. ("Twelve"), a privately-held medical device company based in Redwood City, CA, focUused on the development of a transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) device.
